Video Description
Ingredients: For the Coffee Jelly: - 1000ml hot water - 4-6 tablespoons instant coffee powder (adjust to your strength preference) - 100-200g granulated sugar (adjust to your sweetness preference) - 5g (approx. 2  teaspoons) agar-agar powder For the Sweet Milk Drizzle: - 200 ml milk - 2-4 tablespoons condensed milk  For the Stiff Whipped Cream: - 400ml cold whipping cream - 2-4 tablespoons sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) Instructions: In a large saucepan, bring 1000 ml hot water to a boil. Remove from heat. Immediately add the instant coffee powder to the hot water. Stir well until it's completely dissolved. Stir in the granulated sugar until it completely dissolves. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Return the saucepan to medium heat. Gradually sprinkle in the agar-agar powder while constantly whisking. It's crucial to whisk continuously to prevent clumping. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, continuing to whisk for 1-2 minutes. This boiling step is vital to ensure the agar-agar fully dissolves and activates its gelling properties. Make sure there are no visible specks of agar-agar. Carefully pour the hot coffee mixture into your chosen heatproof container(s). Let it cool at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator. Chill for at least 3-4 hours, or even overnight, until the jelly is completely set and firm. Prepare Sweet Milk Drizzle:  In a small bowl, whisk together the 200ml milk and condensed milk until well combined. Prepare Stiff Whipped Cream: In a large, cold bowl with cold beaters, combine the cold heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.  Serve:  Once the coffee jelly is set, you can either cut it into cubes or serve it directly in the individual dishes. Enjoy your perfectly set coffee jelly with both delightful toppings!

Video FAQs

These FAQs clarify what this video page measures, why revenue is estimated, and how to use the page for content research.
