As temperatures climb in Ukraine, Russian attacks seem to have shifted focus from energy infrastructure to critical water supplies, petrol stations and civilian institutions, in a seeming effort to drive Ukrainians out of frontline towns. A town in Kharkiv was left without petrol stations. In another town, a major reservoir supplying water to a million residents of Kharkiv was hit by six glide bombs.
