Resep Tori Tamago Sando (untuk 3-6 porsi)
Bahan marinasi ayam:
300 gr paha ayam filet
1 siung bawang putih
½ sdt jahe
¼ sdt garam
¾ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir
1/8 sdt merica
½ sdt minyak wijen
½ sdt perasan lemon
Bahan pelapis kering:
maizena
Bahan saus glaze ayam:
3 sdm saus teriyaki
2 sdt perasan lemon
1 sdm madu
Bahan egg mayo:
3 butir telur rebus
3 sdm mayones
2 sdm susu
½ sdt gula pasir
1/8 sdt merica
Bahan lainnya:
9 lembar roti tawar
Cara membuat:
1. Marinasi ayam dengan bawang putih parut, jahe parut, garam, kaldu ayam bubuk, gula pasir, merica, minyak wijen dan perasan lemon, aduk rata dan diamkan sesaat
2. Untuk egg mayo, pisahkan kuning telur rebus kemudian hancurkan. Tambahkan susu, aduk rata dengan balloon whisk hingga sedikit mengembang
3. Hancurkan putih telur lalu masukkan ke dalam campuran kuning telur. Tambahkan mayones, gula pasir dan merica, aduk rata
4. Balurkan ayam dengan maizena dan goreng hingga matang, tiriskan
5. Untuk saus glaze ayam, masukkan saus teriyaki, madu dan perasan lemon ke mangkuk dan aduk rata. Lapisi ayam yang sudah digoreng dengan campuran saus glaze
6. Panggang roti hingga sedikit kecokelatan di kedua sisi. Susun ayam ke dalam roti dan tuang egg mayo ke bagian roti lain lalu tumpuk
7. Bungkus roti dengan baking paper dan plastik wrap
8. Tori tamago sando siap disajikan

Tori Tamago Sando Recipe (for 3-6 servings)
Chicken marinade ingredients:
300 g chicken thigh fillet
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Coating:
Cornstarch
Chicken Glaze ingredients:
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
Egg Mayo ingredients:
3 pc boiled egg
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
Other:
9 slice white bread
Steps:
1. Marinate the chicken with grated garlic, grated ginger, salt, chicken powder, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it rest briefly.
2. For the Egg Mayo, separate the boiled egg yolk and mash it. Add milk and mix with a balloon whisk until slightly fluffy.
3. Mash the egg white, then add it into the yolk mixture. Add mayonnaise, sugar, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Coat the chicken with cornstarch and fry until cooked, then drain.
5. For the glaze, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Coat the fried chicken with the glaze.
6. Toast the bread until lightly golden on both sides. Place the chicken onto one slice and spread egg mayo on another, then stack them.
7. Wrap the sandwich with baking paper and plastic wrap.
8. Tori Tamago Sando is ready to serve.
