Kejaksaan Agung menetapkan eks anggota Ombudsman RI periode 20212026, Yeka Hendra Fatika, sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan perintangan penyidikan terkait perkara korupsi ekspor minyak sawit (CPO) tahun 2022. Yeka juga langsung ditahan usai penetapan tersangka.
Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejagung, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, menyebut Yeka diduga mengubah isi Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) Ombudsman RI terkait kelangkaan minyak goreng pada 2022. Laporan tersebut kemudian digunakan dalam gugatan hukum terhadap Kementerian Perdagangan oleh pihak swasta.
Perubahan laporan itu diduga berdampak pada putusan lepas bagi sejumlah korporasi di pengadilan. Atas perbuatannya, Yeka diduga menerima aliran dana. Hingga berita ini ditulis, Yeka ditahan selama 20 hari ke depan untuk kepentingan penyidikan.
