Russia carried out a massive drone and missile attack on the capital, Kyiv, and its surrounding region overnight, killing at least four people. The massive attack came after Ukrainian drones targeted Russian-occupied Luhansk. According to Russian authorities, the Ukrainian drone strike hit the Starobilsk College of Luhansk Pedagogical University, killing at least 21 people. Ukraine has denied this accusation, saying it struck a drone unit. France and Germany have condemned Russia's use of the Oreshnik missile in Ukraine.
