BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kota Bandung merespons kenaikan harga daging sapi yang terus melambung sejak Lebaran Idulfitri lalu. Dinas menyebut 98 persen kebutuhan daging sapi nasional dipasok dari impor.
Dinamika global yang saat ini terjadi sangat berpengaruh pada harga daging sapi, baik dari segi harga dasar daging sapi maupun biaya pengiriman.
Sebelumnya, Badan Pangan Nasional menentukan HET sebesar Rp57 ribu per kilogram. Dengan adanya dinamika global, standar HET pun dinaikkan menjadi Rp59 ribu per kilogram.
Namun kini, daging sapi dijual Rp140 ribu hingga Rp180 ribu per kilogram.
Saat ini, DKPP menunggu kebijakan pemerintah pusat untuk mengubah dan mengendalikan skema harga, mulai dari tingkat impor hingga pedagang.
