Today they are the largest independent user of Certified Angus Beef in the world. We couldn’t decide which steak to order so we got the 38 oz. dino Texas tomahawk and a giant fillet wrapped in bacon. Additionally, Taste of Texas is famous for their traditional American style salad bar which is one of the best salad bars you’ll ever try.
