Video Description
Hill sprints are great to increase explosive power, build muscle and get fit/burn fat. Hill sprints can also be used to improve conditioning/endurance etc. They can be structured different by variations of work to rest ratios, intensity, duration, incline etc. Hill sprints can be very extreme and tough training. Experience in running/sprints/conditioning etc will be required to be ready for hill sprints. If in very bad condition or having any other health related problems, hill sprints are not where to start. (More info in video...) Check the surface before running (smooth without stones or holes in it) Always warm up properly with jogging, muscle activation/dynamic exercises... Next step is a few warm up sprints (not full intensity). Then ready to go!
