What started as a fairly ordinary day on the farm quickly turned into something much bigger, as we tested a brand new off-grid water system powered entirely by solar energy and mountain spring water. And honestly… we weren’t convinced it was actually going to work. At the same time, one of the final major stone deliveries arrived at the farm, marking what feels like the beginning of the end of a huge chapter in this build journey. For nearly two years, stone has shaped almost every part of this project — and seeing these deliveries finally slowing down feels pretty emotional.
