Bodycam footage showing UK police handcuffing dying teen sparks anger, Southampton protests

Hundreds of people gathered in Southampton, England on Tuesday to protest the killing of 18-year-old Henry Nowak — whose death sparked national scrutiny of police conduct after bodycam footage showed him being arrested as he lay dying from stab wounds.  "I can't breathe," Nowak told police responding to the violent altercation.
