Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)*. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the flour, whisking constantly, until golden, about 2 minutes. 2. Whisk in the remaining sauce ingredients and and continue to stir until the mixture has thickened, about 8 - 10 minutes. 3. Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until lightly golden. 4. Turn off the heat and add the remaining filling ingredients. 5. Pour the sauce over everything and mix until evenly coated. 6. Arrange the frozen potato tots in a single layer over the top. 7. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until golden. 8. Serve with any desired garnishes. Enjoy!
