TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - GRIB Jaya merespons sikap anak penulis dan pegiat media sosial Ahmad Bahar, Ilma Sani Fitriana yang melaporkan Ketua Umum Hercules Rosario Marshal.
Laporan tersebut diterima Polda Metro Jaya pada Jumat (22/5).
Ilma melaporkan Ketua Umum GRIB Jaya ke polisi terkait perkara yang disebut sebagai penyekapan dan intimidasi.
Ilma mengaku mengalami tekanan saat dibawa ke markas GRIB Jaya di Kedoya Jakarta Barat.
Peristiwa itu bermula dari penjemputan paksa terhadap Ilma setelah rumahnya didatangi sejumlah anggota GRIB Jaya.
Ilma disebut mengalami tekanan verbal, ditodong senjata api hingga diancam dipenjara saat berada di markas GRIB Jaya.
Selain laporan penyekapan, Ilma juga melaporkan dugaan peretasan akun WhatsApp yang disebut menjadi awal polemik.
Menanggapi laporan tersebut, Kepala Bidang Humas dan Publikasi DPP GRIB Jaya Marcel Gual mempersilakan proses hukum berjalan.
Namun Marcel membantah tuduhan adanya penyanderaan dan intimidasi seperti apa yang disampaikan pihak Ilma.
Menurut Marcel, sejumlah tuduhan yang diarahkan kepada GRIB Jaya tidak sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan.
Marcel mengatakan apa yang disampaikan pihak Bahar merupakan opini liar.
"Apa yang disampaikan pihak Bahar itu banyak opini liar seperti penculikan dan penodongan,” ujarnya.
Marcel menilai pihak Bahar yang justru menjadi pelaku dalam perkara kedua pihak tersebut.
Menurut Marcel pihak Ahmad Bahar telah merendahkan martabat Hercules sebagai Ketua Umum GRIB Jaya. (Tribun-Video.com)
