Hello guys! For today’s videow, I invited Ivana, to come over! Tumawag para maghelp with the chores! ? Yes ha, real house duties — cleaning, cooking and the oh so popular LABA!! Hindi puwedeng puro glam lang, dapat marunong din sa housework!
She brought a KING CRAB for us to cooking and share — grabe, chores pero sosyal! ? We also made her special Cajun sauce na super bagay with the king crab. Guys, try niyo, ang sarap talaga! I’ll leave the recipe below!

Ivana’s Special Cajun Sauce:
Ingredients:
1lb Butter
2 Heads of Garlic (cleaned and Smashed)
1/2 Yellow Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1 cup Broth (Seafood or Chicken)
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all dry spices in a bowl and mix well. Set Aside.
- Heat skillet/pan and add the 4 sticks of butter. Once melted, add the roughly chopped onion, crush garlic cloves and fresh ginger. Cook the aromatics in the butter until fragrant and tender, 5-6 minutes. Monitor the heat and reduce to medium-low heat, if needed, to keep the vegetables from browning at all.
- Once the garlic, onion and ginger are tender, add chicken broth (or seafood), worchestire, hot sauce and fresh lemon juice to the pan of butter and tender vegetables. Stir to combine and continue cooking the mixture for about 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the cajun spice mix to the pan. You can start by adding half the mix, then simmer and taste, adding more of the spice mix, as needed. Stir and simmer for another 2 minutes.
