Welcome, gardeners! Today started out as such a productive gardening day as I worked on getting the rest of the podocarpus planted along the front fence. I had a few leftover trees from the back garden project and thought this would be the perfect place to add some evergreen structure and privacy… but things quickly took a turn when the bees from the nearby hives started aggressively attacking me! What started as a simple planting day turned into a call to the beekeeper and a whole lot of confusion about what had the bees so upset.
