#KiniNews: Rafizi dismisses Fuziah's claim on RM10m bond; Uproar against Pua over monarchy remarks

[KiniNews] Rafizi Ramli has dismissed PKR secretary-general Fuziah Salleh’s claim that he joined Bersama before resigning from PKR, and challenged Fuziah to bring her alleged screenshot evidence to court. He said Fuziah’s claim wouldn’t withstand scrutiny, insisting that official party records would clearly show he joined Bersama only after resigning as an MP and a PKR member. Rafizi said proof of political party membership in court is determined by official records of the party concerned, adding that Bersama’s records could verify the sequence of events. Meanwhile, in a separate story, DAP veteran Tony Pua has faced criticism from several quarters and police reports has also been lodged against him over his remarks on the monarchy. Yetsreday, Pua had said that Malaysian monarchs are bound by the constitutional system and can’t issue binding decrees to legislate all aspects of people’s lives.
