Sowore Calls Wike A Fool Amid Insecurity Protests + Remi Tinubu’s Mandate Song |Ojy Okpe

Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde met protesters in Ibadan, assuring them that efforts to rescue the abducted pupils and teachers had been intensified, while urging unity and caution against politicising the operation. FCT Minister Nyesom Wike faced online backlash after urging Nigerians not to politicise insecurity, questioning why similar protests were not held in Abuja when teachers were kidnapped in other states. Human rights activist Omoyele Sowore fired back, calling Wike a “foolish man" for telling grieving Nigerians not to politicise the abduction of their children. Pastor Adeboye urged Nigeria’s security chiefs to defeat terrorists within 90 days or resign, while also calling on the government to go after and punish those sponsoring terrorism, regardless of their status.
