Video Description
China is home to some of the most insane food in the world! This is Chongqing, China! China is packed with unique foods. Chinese street food is some of my favorite in the world and today we are exploring some of the most insane foods in the country in Chongqing. 水煮鱼 Shuizhuyu - Spicy sizzled fish at YuBei ShuiZhu Yu. Super spicy and aromatic spicy oil sizzled fish at this institution that's been selling it for over 25 years. Price – 100 RMB (~$14.38 USD) for a giant sizzled fish and meal. 猪脑 spicy pork brain at Xuan Huoguo. Here we are trying a Chongqing signature spicy pork brain. Usually eaten alongside hot pot, but today we came just to try this individually. Very delicious! Price - 18 RMB ($2.59) per pork brain . Jianghucai Chongqing specialty stir fry restaurant a MaFangWan No.66. Here we came to try their signature maoxuewang pork blood cubes but enjoyed much more. Chongqing style roast duck, mapo tofu, thousand chili chicken, whole pork leg, and more. Price - 300 RMB ($43.15) for a massive feast. Chongqing style spicy claypot at HuoErMei ShaGuo. Here we came to try the most famous pork leg claypot and yellow pea spicy style chongqing claypot in the city. One of my favorite meals from Chongqing! Price - 130 RMB ($18.70) Chongqing spicy rabbit head at HuangMa ShouSi KaoTu. This is a delicacy from Sichuan and Chongqing region, spicy style rabbit head and also sesame 5 spice rabbit head. 👉 Subscribe for more food videos: https://youtube.com/thefoodranger https://youtube.com/thefoodranger https://instagram.com/thefoodranger https://facebook.com/thefoodranger
