Video Description
Today we’re exploring Chinese street food in China's Guizhou province. This province is famous for having some of the most unique Chinese food in the entire country. It's a province with a very different style of Chinese food. Youzha street morning market - Located deep in a Chinese neighbourhood, this market is famous for having some very different dishes you can't find anywhere else in the country. We're starting out with a dish I never thought I would try, followed up by some Chinese furry tofu, and then a century egg salad. Rongjiang Niubie huoguo - After the furry tofu and unique Chinese chicken dish and century egg salad, we're leaving the morning market and going for a very different dish, the cow cud hot pot. This is using fresh cow cud, which is the undigested grass from the cow stomach. Xiaozhu quanniupin - Next up we're going for a Chinese beef noodle soup restaurant, but this place serves it with tons of beef brain! Sanye Laoguo Kaorou - To finish up we're going to a beef bbq place that serves all parts of beef for BBQ! Guiyang is an amazing city, I can't wait to come back!
