It is almost impossible to describe the intense rush of adrenaline our rescuers feel as they charge into a seal colony. Your senses are on high alert as you scan hundreds, sometimes thousands, of animals to spot the few with deadly plastic debris wrapped around their necks. Every rescue is unpredictable and we never know if we’ll find one or many, or if we'll be facing a fast pup or a massive, aggressive bull. In today's video, our visiting rescuer Kendra from Canada gets to experience this chaos firsthand! Watch as she successfully spots and catches a young pup with a tight packing strap cutting into his neck. Thanks to quick teamwork, it’s a job well done.
