I moved here to study French linguistics and to become fluent in French...which happened when I met a French guy at the Erasmus night at Mixclub. That long-distance relationship lasted six years. I would come back twice a year for a few months to visit him…and now in 2019, seven years later, I feel like I can say I'm definitely qualified to answer questions about Paris. I have lived a decent amount of time here, in various arrondissements, and I have seen the many sides of Paris (hanging with French people and also hanging with other Americans/international people here).
