Resep Ayam Goreng Bawang Merah (untuk 3 porsi)
Bahan marinasi:
300 gr paha ayam filet
½ sdm perasan jeruk limau
½ sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1/8 sdt merica
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
2 sdt kecap ikan
4 sdm tepung tapioka
1 sdm air
Bahan lainnya:
75 gr bawang merah
4 buah cabai rawit merah (opsional)
1 ½ sdt kaldu jamur
1 sdt gula pasir
Bahan pelengkap:
nasi putih
timun
Cara membuat:
1. Potong-potong ayam kemudian marinasi dengan perasan jeruk limau, kaldu ayam bubuk, merica, gula pasir, bawang putih bubuk, kecap ikan dan tepung tapioka, aduk rata
2. Tambahkan air, aduk rata. Diamkan minimal selama 15 menit
3. Iris bawang merah dan cabai rawit merah. Panaskan minyak, goreng bawang merah iris hingga sedikit kecoklatan, tiriskan dan biarkan minyak di wajan
4. Dengan minyak yang sama, goreng ayam yang sudah dimarinasi hingga matang lalu sisihkan minyak
5. Masukkan bawang merah goreng, cabai rawit merah, kaldu jamur, dan gula pasir, aduk rata
6. Ayam goreng bawang merah siap disajikan

Shallot Fried Chicken Recipe (yield 3 servings)
Marinade:
300 g boneless chicken thigh
½ tbsp lime juice
½ tbsp chicken powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp fish sauce
4 tbsp tapioca starch
1 tbsp water
Other ingredients:
75 g shallot
4 pc red Thai chili (optional)
1½ tsp mushroom bouillon
1 tsp sugar
For serving:
White rice
Cucumber
Steps:
1. Cut the chicken into pieces, then marinate with lime juice, chicken powder, pepper, sugar, garlic powder, fish sauce, and tapioca starch. Mix well.
2. Add water and mix well. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
3. Slice the shallot and red Thai chili. Heat oil and fry the sliced shallot until slightly browned. Drain and leave the oil in the pan.
4. Using the same oil, fry the marinated chicken until cooked, then set aside.
5. Add the fried shallot, red Thai chili, mushroom bouillon, and sugar, then mix well.
6. Shallot Fried Chicken is ready to serve.
