Video Description
One of the biggest reasons people struggle to get in shape is that they keep killing their momentum every weekend. I grew up in Sweden, and the culture there is very common in many places. During the week people try to be disciplined. They train. They eat better. Then the weekend comes. You go out drinking. You eat bad food. You stay up late. By Monday, everything resets and you have to start all over again. If you repeat that cycle week after week and year after year, it becomes almost impossible to make real progress. Everything changed for me when I stopped doing this. That’s when I started building real momentum. A few weeks turn into a few months. Months turn into a year. Then two years. Then three. And suddenly staying in shape becomes much easier because you’re no longer constantly starting over. One of the biggest keys to getting in great shape is simple: Stop destroying your progress every weekend.

Why are RPM and revenue numbers estimates?

Actual earnings depend on monetized playbacks, audience geography, seasonality, advertiser demand, and monetization status. CloutOrbit provides directional estimates for benchmarking, not exact payouts.
