Video Description
Today I'm searching for the spiciest food in China which has brought me to Guizhou province. This province is home to some of the spiciest food in the world, even more spicy than Sichuan food. And I'm on a mission to find the spiciest food in the world. I want to find some food more spicy than Mexican food, Thai food, and Sichuan food. So I came here to Guizhou province. I'm comparing every dish in this video with the spiciest foods I've ever tried, most notably the spicy Sichuan hot pot challenge in Chengdu, and also the spiciest Thai papaya salad with Mark Wiens in Bangkok. Let's eat! First up is the pointed green chili chicken in Guiyang. This one is made with super spicy green chilies, they may look less spicy, but they still pack a punch! And then we're going to try the laziji "thousand chili chicken" deep in a local market in Guiyang, we ordered extra spicy and it was super spicy! And then I'm trying the famous roasted chili hot pot, it was extremely spicy! And then I tasted the fermented soybean hot pot and ordered extra spicy, this was also extremely spicy! But will these dishes beat out Mexican cuisine, Thai spicy food, and also Sichuan food on the spice level? Let's find out.
